Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

VoocType, operated by VoocType, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions and add-on purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

2. How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, email us at vooctype@gmail.com with your order email and the reason for the refund, and we will process it on your behalf.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. Subscription renewals

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges can be refunded under the 30-day window above.

4. Add-on hour packs

Add-on hour packs ($5 for 2.5 hours) are also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, provided the added hours have not been substantially consumed.

5. Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any statutory refund or cancellation rights you have under consumer law in your country of residence. EU/UK consumers may also cancel within 14 days under distance-selling rules, subject to the exceptions shown in the checkout buyer terms at purchase.
